A foreskin cutting and stapling device comprises a main body, a foreskin fixation assembly, a cutting assembly, and a staple cartridge assembly; the main body features an internal cavity and is provided with an opening at one of its ends; the foreskin fixation assembly includes a glans shield; and the glans shield is housed within the aforementioned cavity. In this device, the cutting blade and the anastomotic staples are arranged radially; the cutting blade extends into the main body's cavity, with its distal end resting against the outer surface of the glans shield. This design eliminates the protruding annular structures found on the surface of the glans shield in prior art devices, thereby significantly reducing the diameter of the glans shield. The adoption of this structural configuration offers dual benefits: on one hand, it facilitates precise control over the length of the foreskin excision; on the other, it obviates the need to create an incision notch in the foreskin-thereby avoiding additional surgical steps, reducing overall operative time, and minimizing the pain and surgical bleeding typically associated with creating such notches.
