**Functional Principle**

**Precision Drive:** A pusher rod crafted from D2 steel precisely advances the staples against a rigid mechanical hard stop. This design ensures a uniform loading depth and prevents deformation of the staple crown (known as "crown crushing"), a critical factor in guaranteeing the consistency of surgical procedures.

**Material Integrity:** The high-friction guide rails are manufactured from heat-treated DC53 steel, specifically designed to eliminate "galling" (surface abrasion) completely. This effectively prevents the generation of microscopic metal burrs, thereby avoiding contamination of the medical-grade staples.

**Controlled Dispensing:** A mechanical gate precisely regulates the rate at which staples exit the feed rail, ensuring discrete separation of the staple stack and thereby completely eliminating staple jamming failures.

**Operational Specifications**

**ISO Compliance:** Designed specifically for ISO Class 7/8 cleanroom environments. The entire system operates without the use of open lubricants; it employs fully sealed bearings, and the drive stroke path is equipped with protective shielding to minimize bioburden.

**Safety:** Features a built-in torque-limiting sensor that instantly cuts off drive power upon detecting a feed anomaly (such as a staple jam), thereby effectively protecting the custom tooling from damage.

**Compatibility:** Optimized to be fully compatible with staples made from Grade 5 Titanium alloy and 316LVM Stainless Steel (suitable for staple cartridges used in skin, gastrointestinal, and minimally invasive surgical applications).
